Create and manage function of Export Compliance for Group world-wide. Manage geo-political, financial and compliance risks and report to CFOs. Create and deploy Group policies and procedures, ensure due-diligence in anti-corruption and trade compliance of sales network, banks and business partners including M&A. Monitor dual-use in R&D. Design and deploy training in Anti-Corruption and Export Control. Cooperate with authorities (US, Japan, EU, etc.). Public speaking credentials.
